WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
